I have a brother all in one MFC-7820N. What are the limits of what is ADF (ADF)?

I want the scanner to automatically scan a bunch of photos is ADF. However, I fear that only plain paper should be placed on the ADF because the photos can be color burn in the ADF that is harmful, or even worse, the ADF could damage the photo itself same, because the photo is too thick. In other words, I can put photos in the ADF?

I also have a Brother MFC-5440CN, and my personal experience is they do not like thick paper. I would not go there in the pictures, I only use my automatic document feeder Standard paper. It may work, but I would not recommend it. If you wanted to try, take an old photo (one that does not matter if destroyed) and try it. The question to consider is whether the MFC could be handled through a single image feeder without destroying it, if not that could feed the next.

If I have 100 black and white to make copies, which will be cheaper, my brother all-in-one inkjet or Kinko's?

I know that is a trivial question, but I wondered about this when the problem arose and I thought to ask.

Probably, even as cost goes, but much faster and easier for a Kinko's copier. In my neighborhood, Kinko's charges 8 cents per page for self-service (or $ 8 in this case), which includes both the paper and ink. If I had to supply their own paper, 100 sheets = about $ 2 in paper, closer to 1 / 4 of an ink cartridge (at least $ 5). In my office, our golden rule for using a laser printer (toner is more expensive than the ink of origin) was 20 cents per page in black and white, and 80 cents per color page.
